According to history, Gutenberg was the first to invent the printing press in 1452, but the idea of printing existed long before Gutenberg. It was from 700 AD that the version printed the first newspaper published in Beijing with the help of a standard print of the Chinese press, which was nothing more than a simple wooden block printing system. Therefore, it was actually East Asia, the birthplace of the concept of printing. The printing process has undergone several stages of evolution for centuries and has developed gradually. Printing today is not simply a mechanical means of publishing or producing something on paper, instead it is now considered an industrial process important action.
Those interested in typography should know printing with movable type. Unlike earlier models of block printing, The mobile version is more flexible than the cards were placed in a changing situation. Gutenberg's invention however ushered in the era of publishing mass. The mobile version of printing type ensured good quality equipment after the publication and a relatively low cost. Gutenberg Bible was elected team as its first edition. However, the most important contribution of Gutenberg's printing press should be evaluated in the context of the Italian Renaissance, which shook foundations every traditional civilization. It was simply because books were available in large quantities. A book is a source of knowledge without which a human being is not rational, at all, is the possession of knowledge that distinguishes man from animals. No wonder why the Aryans, after the occupation of South Asia did not subjected to non-Aryans to read books and keep the habit for them.
Print evolved through different ages and some still exist today in various parts of the world. According to a 2005 study, approximately forty-five trillion pages printed worldwide each year. In States United had more than thirty thousand printing companies in 2006. Not only the U.S. but also in all countries worldwide, are manufactured printing machines each day, as the growth of literacy and the need to print grows daily. The advent of modern technology has completely changed all the features top of the printer. Now, books, newspapers, magazines, newspapers and other hardware are printed on the automated process, known as "print offset. This is not only a faster and qualitatively higher process, but also easier and simpler than the process of block printing. We consider this process as a new milestone in the evolution of printing.
Offset printing is sometimes referred to as offset lithography. Outside of this technique, we other popular methods such as screen printing, relief printing, flexography, pad printing and many more.
