Bowling Soup

Personally, I love soup! To me there is no better than lunch or dinner a bowl of hot soup. I do not care if spring, summer, autumn or winter, enjoy a good bowl of soup. When I came across this recipe while going through the collection of recipes from my mother died, my attention because it uses Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese instead of regular. If you also enjoy a good bowl of soup Try this recipe. Combine it with a salad, some whole wheat crackers or whole grain bread crust with a delicious meal!

Broccoli SWITZERLAND
This recipe was in an old yellowed newspaper clipping of a box Recipe of the inheritance from my mother died. I no idea what paper is.

1 cup instant nonfat milk
3 tablespoons flour
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 8 c. pepper black tea
1 / 8 c. powdered teaspoon garlic
2 1 / 4 cups water
1 can (10 ounces) of soup concentrate chicken, undiluted
Butter 1 / 4 cup
1 / 4 cup chopped green onion
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 1 / 2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Combine milk powder, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder together in a heavy 3-qt saucepan. Add water and bouillon chicken, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. In another pan, sauté onion butter until tender – about three minutes. Add the onion / broccoli with butter and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir slowly until the cheese melts all cheese. If necessary, reheat for cheese. Do not boil! Serve immediately.
